1. Site Survey & Design

We start on the ground, walking the site with your operations, IT and OT teams to understand how the plant, port or campus really works. Together we map where coverage and low latency are critical and where failure is not an option.

From there we turn these findings into a clear private 5G design: radio layout, IP plan and Bill of Materials that everyone can understand and approve. This becomes the reference for budget, approvals and all downstream work.

2. Build & Supervised Installation

We coordinate and supervise the deployment so the network is built exactly as it was designed. EGIDION provides method statements, checklists and hold-points that guide your chosen installers (or our partners) through cabinet placement, cabling, radio mounting and basic tests.

By validating photos, labels and test results along the way, we ensure the as-built network matches the agreed plan, reducing rework and keeping your go-live on schedule.

3. Integration & Acceptance

Once the hardware is in place, we bring the private 5G network into service and connect it to your IT/OT environment. We clear alarms, verify health, and test real workloads with the devices that matter: cranes, AGVs, handhelds, cameras, sensors.
